- Accommodation day is from 15.00 to 11.00 the next day. In special cases (if possible) is the ability to determine the individual hours of arrival / departure.
- Handing over the keys after telephone or e-mail agreement arrival / departure into place. For about an hour prior to arrival we require a confirmation phone call, in order to arrange for key collection. At the same time, please respect our time - this is not a hotel and does not have a reception on site. Each apartment must be reached individually.
- Extension of stay is possible if the apartment is vacant for at least 24 hours before the end of the book.
- Advance payment for the stay is 40% of the entire stay (or the amount rounded up) - a payment on account after setting a reservation by phone or e-mail. The remainder of the payment for the stay is charged during the transfer of keys. Please do not send advance payments before receiving the e-mail confirmation. In special cases (such as the arrival of the Client after 20.00), please deposit the full amount for the stay to the bank account. Payment should be on your bank account for a minimum of one day before the arrival of customers.
- In the case of booking "by the day" to date, the total amount of the stay is charged during the transfer of keys.
- In the absence of advance payment within the deadline set, the reservation is automatically canceled.
- In case of cancellation of the previously made reservation we do not make the reimbursement of advances.
- In the case of shortening the stay by the customer, he covers the total cost of the reservation made earlier. We do not pay differences in pre-established and accepted deposits.
- Make the reservation to the date of payment of the advance indicated in the list in the calendar as a preliminary reservation and is highlighted in yellow. After the first payment on account reservation is marked in red on your calendar and enters the status of confirmed reservation.
- Making a booking is done by phone or via the booking form available on the website and is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Rules of Residence.
- Reservations should contain the following information: name and surname of the person making the reservation, the number of people e-mail address and contact telephone number. In the absence of any of the above data, we reserve the right to refuse the booking.
- Upon receipt of the reservation form on the e-mail return is sent confirmation along with the account number to deposit the advance and detailed information about your stay.
- All our facilities are monitored from the outside. If you exceed the number of people, which was filed earlier reservation and failure to inform about this fact the owner, you are charged for will be in the amount of 100 zł per person per day. Owner addition have the right to remove from the apartment all guests and canceled.
- Visitors to customers Apartments are obliged to leave the apartment until 22.00. In contrast Guests will be treated as a customer and is required to pay for the stay. In case of failure to submit additional people staying in the apartment after 22.00 there is a possibility to cancel the booking with immediate effect.
- We reserve the right to immediately canceled (when handing over the keys) persons in an intoxicated state.
- The customer is obliged to immediately inform the owner about possible defects and faults in zastanym the facility and damage caused by them during their stay. The equivalent of the damage and costs related to disposal covered by the customer.
- For items left on the premises we are not responsible.
- In all the apartments are strictly non-smoking and the curfew hours 22.00 - 6.00.
- The law applicable to disputes between the owner and the customer is the Polish law. Disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the owner.
